DSE’s industrial mobile computers and industrial sunlight readable flat panel displays are designed to handle shock and vibration, manage temperature extremes, perform at high altitudes and be visible at night or in direct sunlight.

The IP67/NEMA 6 All-Weather Monitor Series (AWM Series) offers options such as LED backlighting, NVIS compliance (MIL-STD-3009), and passively enhanced LCD panels which enable the rugged aerospace monitors to be viewable under any lighting condition. Various mounting options, input configurations (composite video, RGB and USB pass-through) and resolutions are offered in the sealed all weather monitor series.

Other ruggedized aerospace LCD displays include DSE's Mil-Spec Monitor Series (MSM Series). These rugged flat panel monitors offer military grade connectors (MIL-DTL-38999 & MIL-C-26482), tactile OSD button user interface (MIL-PRF-22885; 1 million+ actuations), IP67 sealed enclosure and an optional analog resistive touch screen which makes the aerospace monitor suitable for any high altitude application.
