DSE Service Center - RMA Requests, Warranty/Non- Warranty Repairs
and Technical Support
The team at Digital Systems Engineering, Inc. (DSE) consists of experienced Customer Service representatives and qualified technicians ready to provide Customers with prompt customer assistance and technical support should either be required.
In order to process and track repair inquiries and service returns, please download or fill on-line the Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Request form. Once completed, fax (download) or e-mail (fill on-line) the completed form to the DSE Service Department. Service will assign a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number to your unit. This RMA number will then be used as a point of reference on any correspondence or inquiries, packaging, shipping documents and/or purchase orders associated with that unit during the RMA process.
