Rugged Mobile Computers at DSE The anti-shock and anti-vibration mounting system makes DSE's ruggedized computers the ideal choice for rugged outdoor mobile applications. The compact size of the vehicle mount computer is smaller than a typical notebook computer, allowing for concealed installation in any available mounting location. An auto rugged car computer supports both an LVDS monitor (DSE’s AWM “L” Series) and a standard RGB monitor (DSE’s AWM “R", ”V", and "VR" Series) simultaneously, allowing for flexible dual monitor applications. Supporting up to a 2.4GHz CPU (Ultra-Low Voltage), the rugged VMC Computer draws minimal power and is available with an easy access quick-release shock mount. |

Dual Monitor Capability with DSE's Rugged Computers and Displays Digital Systems Engineering's mobile rugged computers are capable of dual monitor functionality with DSE's All-Weather IP67 Sealed Monitors. The rugged flat panel TFT AWML and the sunlight readable AWMR or highbright AWMVR monitor series can perform together when connected to any DSE rugged computer. This auto computer also connects to any standard display through the VGA connector. Please note that this dual monitor feature of the VMC series mobile computer is possible when one sealed monitor is an AWML. |
