DSE Service and Technical Support

Our experienced Customer Service Support Team quickly responds to Customer needs by offering unmatched warranty technical support through e-mail and phone consultations. When a product requires further analysis or physical damage repairs, our qualified repair technicians are standing ready at the DSE Service Center at our headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona.

In order to process service returns, a RMA number must be issued. Please complete the Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Request Form on-line or download it. Email completed RMA form to (service@digitalsys.com) or fax (480.515.0144) the completed form to the DSE Service Center. DSE will issue a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number for that unit. This RMA number will be used as an identifying reference on correspondence or inquiries, and on the packaging, shipping documents and/or purchase orders that will be associated with the unit during the RMA process.
